And how to do it?
I was up to 600mg per day at one stage and over the past month I have come down to 100mg with no trouble at all. Some people seem to have had a lot of trouble with it, Is there anyone out there who didnt get serious withdrawal from it?

I didn't get any withdraws from it. But I only went as high as 150mg. I took it for about 3-4 months.

I just went from 300mg to 200mg a few days ago and haven't noticed anything. I don't think it's as bad as coming off or down on an SSRI.
600 to 100 in a month seems fast, I'm glad you didn't have any trouble. Will you be maintaining 100mg or going off it completely?

I think it is fantastic if you don't have a bad time like I did. I had lost 30 lbs on the med and I only ate every 2-3 days. It was killing me and I had to quit taking it.
