Someone here recommended I add desipramine or some other TCA to my current Prozac regimen to help with the anhedonia. Anyone here been on this combination?

I have never tried this combination, but I have had limited success mixing Effexor and nortriptyline. The combination of Zoloft and nortriptyline is favored by some.
Any time you mix a TCA with either Prozac or Paxil, you must reduce the dosage of the TCA by at least half. These two SSRIs inhibit P450 2D6, the enzyme responsible for metabolizing the TCA, resulting in higher TCA blood levels.

Just don't mix Elavil and Prozac!
I've been on those two drugs. That was the worst time in my life.
