My doc wants me to stick to this new plan:
.5 mg Klonopin in the morning
.5 mg Klonopin at noon
1 mg Klonopin and 50mg of Seroquel 30 min before bed.
I am also supposed to stop all stimulants (Adderall, caffine, chocolate, etc.)
So far so good. I have had some very stressful situations where I have had to increase my Klonopin to 1mg at noon.
I have not done well with mood stabilizes and don't know if he will let me take 2 - 3 mg of Klonopin a day for mood stabilization.
I am wondering about an extended release Seroquel during the day? The immediate release Seroquel I take before makes me sleep great. But an extended release version during the day might help me not have to take as much Klonopin?

Usually higher dosages of Seroquel do not make you as tired as a dose. I was taking 300mg of regular Seroquel and I wasn't sleepy at all. I never tried the extended release one but it might be something to try.
