I take nardil and olanzapine, two BIG appetite stimulators. Since being on the two meds for over two years i've gained nearly two stone in weight, this is despite going to the gym four times a week for 2hour sessions. About a week ago I decided to try Hoodia, bought in the UK from Holland&Barrett shop (as there are alot of fake online sources). Well, it works! I no longer constantly crave sweets and cakes, and if I have one cake or choc bar I don't feel the urge to binge on another three or so. I feel free again, its ace. Plus I only take one capsule a day, not the recommended 3-6 per day, this means I save money, and also still eat normally rather than starving myself. Just thought i'd let you know my discovery.

That'll be considered a new thread, so if you'd like to be notified by email of follow-ups to it, you'll need to request that there. Thanks,
