Abilify made my anxiety worse. I tried to switch from zyprexa. What a big misstake. Since the trial with abilify I've needed more zyprexa and the addition of perphenazine. You could take perphenazine, it does not add to weight. I also find that it takes the hunger out of zyprexa, when I'm taking both together. Perphenazine is sedating, but I like that. Not the can't get any sleep I had on abilify. Would it work for you to take less seroquel during the day? Or split the dose into 2, of your day time dose?

700 mg per day is an odd number. I feel you on the sedation.
Abilify is on the way other end of the spectrum. It can get you really cranked up and akathisia can hit hard. You kind of have to find your comfort zone dosage-wise-in other words experimenting with the dose is highly endorsed.
