I recently upped my dosage from 60 mg to 75 mg. I take 30 in the AM and 45 in the PM. Yesterday I took my nighttime dose and my heart rate shot up. I'm worried this means I can't continue the 75 mg dosage, as it is described as a serious side effect. Anyone have an experience or suggestions? I really want to make this new dose work.

Just in case anyone comes across this in the future I'm up to 90 and the remedy has been to just split the doses up into threes. 30 an the AM 30 in the afternoon and 30 in the PM. Good luck to all!

You don't have any afternoon tiredness at 90 mg?
