Hey everyone, I have a question about Nardil hopefully bright minds can help me out :)
Maybe this is just me, but I've noticed when I take 1 mg of xanax and 2 ambiens to sleep only at night, the next day i feel a bit lethargic, I have started Nardil 3 weeks ago, and felt the Europhia (boy was it great), I don't know if I should stop the Xanax at night to help me sleep (2 ambiens w/out xanax doesnt put me to sleep), or should I continue with the xanax at night, but I read some where xanax can effect some the next day, and maybe this is taking away from the full effect of Nardil? I'm interestd in this, can anyone express there opinion? Thank you

It probably makes more sense to decrease the dose of Xanax rather than stopping it as a drop from 1 mg to zilch will certainly keep you awake.
Can the pill be split to see how 0.5 mg works first? That sounds like a better idea than cold turkeying it. Perhaps you can stop it entirely but it makes more sense to reduce the dose first.
Of course my opinion only.

The only reason I take Xanax is at night combined with 1 and a half ambien. Without Xanax, the one and half ambien doesnt work and I don't go to bed, with the 1mg of xanax + 1 and a half ambien I sleep well. I could certainly get off Xanax with no problem, as I don't take it during the day any time, but I don't know what else can help me sleep at night because 1 and half ambien doesn't do the trick.
This is the end of the thread.
