I've noticed some nervous like tics or movement nothing major and not in public so maybe it isnt but can anyone answer on this?

I don't think this would be TD, as Pristiq, and it's relative Effexor, have caused these same side effects for me. I believe it is the norepinephrine/activating aspect of this drug that has always caused the tic-like 'mini-shocks'.
Clonazepam seems to be a good drug to trample this side-effect. FWIW, IMHO...etc...Jay :)

I get that too a little bit. Sometimes a little bit jumpy/jerky. I agree i think its adrenergic. From what I understand blocking the reuptake of noradrenaline blocks the reuptake of adrenaline too. So perhaps its an increase in adrenaline.
