I've added thyroxine (T4) to Parnate. It helped a little - not enough. Pindolol is an interesting choice. You will need to be careful of hypotension, though.Low-dose lithium?

Thanks SLS.
At my next appointment with my psychiatrist I'll speak with him about T4/Pindolol augmentation of Parnate.

Scott T3 even as an adjunct to thyroid disease wired me and was like the coffee jitters. Since I think you once posted that your thyroid was normal was thinking you also experienced an anxiety effect from T3. Phillipa

I see.
T3 didn't make me feel jittery or anxious. It exacerbated the depression itself.

Wow, update for sure when you can. I just posted about augmentation strategies for Parnate and missed this all somehow.
How has Nuvigil affected you?
