I just received the below and thought I'd pass it on:
Moban (molindone hydrochloride) has been discontinued by its sole supplier, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and supplies are anticipated to be depleted by June 30, 2010. Moban is used to treat the symptoms of psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia.
Companies are required by law to provide the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with a six month advance notice of the discontinuation of sole source products that are life-supporting, life-sustaining or for use in the prevention of a debilitating disease or condition. Information about Moban and other medications scheduled for discontinuation is available at the FDA:

Dr Bob thanks for the updates I noticed also trazadone, temoxifen (serm for after breast cancer) on the list. Quite a few people here use trazadone for sleep. And why tamoxifen, and wasn't there alsoa a tca? Lots of insulin too. Thanks Phillipa
