lamictal, celexa, xanax, wellbutrin
I drink 0-2 times a week, and not to the point of getting drunk. I have friends who drink a lot more and alcohol affects them much sooner. Is this an effect of meds?

i used to take celexa (40mg) and lamictal (300mg) and had the same thing. it's ok, i guess, just getting barely buzzed, adding more drinks doesn't add much. saves money, but is kind of boring (could use a bit more social lubrication...)
i barely ever drink anymore, partially because of this (though i am no longer on those drugs)

I've noticed that since I added Wellbutrin a year ago to my Prozac and Lithium, that alcohol does not affect me as much. In fact, it seems like I don't have a taste for it like I used to, which is unfortunate because I used to enjoy a glass or two of wine but now it's like I'm drinking water. Just my own personal observation.
