Lamictal. Prescribed for Bipolar but it definitely helps my depression more than most SSRIs and if anything it's pro-sexual for me....

Amitriptyline or nortriptyline--minimal sexual dysfunction for most people at most dosages.

Emsam generally doesn't cause sexual side effects. Its an MAOI, but is formulated in a patch which allows it to be taken without dietary restrictions.

At dosages above 6mg/24hr, there is enough inhibition of MAO-A to require dietary restrictions.
