Nice combo. Good luck.

Don't forget that you can increase substantially the dosages of both drugs.

Isn't 150mg a high dose to start with? My doc wants me to take 150mg, but he's having me start with 75mg.

So far, I don't like the jittery feeling I have. We'll see.

I kinda thought it was as well but he said to stop taking my zoloft 100mg and go straight over to effexor 150mg?? So far I don't feel to bad, just a little bit lightheaded.

in england the p doc would make you dtox the zoloft first before you went on effexor.ssri to snri. straight crossover in england never in a million years.we have to suffer withdrawl an start up. i thought you only crossed over with same med types

Manic I've always just crossed over too. Except when I could tolerate no ad's at all. I'd just stop and eventually try another one. Phillipa
