I had bad anxiety recently and took perphenazine (which I have left over from the summer when I was in the hospital for depression)> Not only did it stop the anxiety, it got me out of this funk of feeling stressed and tired, which I had assumed was due to working too hard. I'm now taking it regularly - just 16 mg/day. It's a great drug. The only side effect is some hypotension (orthostatic) at higher doses. Also at very high doses, it can cause akathesias and so on, but at just 16 mg/day, it works great for me.

Perhaps you need an SSRI or a TCA to help with the anxiety.
Also, Seroquel may be causing you akathisia, which is the worst kind of anxiety. You'll need Artane to deal with that.
What is causing the anxiety?
