Please anyone can help me understand why I feel lassitude after some stressful event.
I feel slow, lack of energy, everything e.g. cleaning, having a bath takes a big effort and too much time.
I don´t feel tense so the much promoted relaxation exercises are useless. I feel my muscles lax and the body heavy, I move slowly.
Also, negative and ruminative thoughts.
I am tired of this feeling. Last night I took 0.5 mg clonazepam and it seems to help. Clonazepam makes me feel detached, I prefer alprazolam but maybe clonazepam is better due to half life.
Are these symptoms of anxiety or maybe depression or else?

Yes I need to make changes in my life, but how if I do not have the energy?
