This is what I have been taking lately. It seems to help with the depression but I have 2 unresolved issues. My insomnia is still terrible. Two hours/night and I am really irritable during the day. I have no patience at all. I've had insomnia in the past and I manage to remain pretty even keeled. Any suggestions.

Seroquel works well for insomnia in small dosages. You could also ask for a benzo, but they are so addictive.
I really feel your pain. I went 5 night without any sleep two weeks ago. My Dr. prescribed Loxapine which works really well.

When I took l0mg of paxil it worked well with xanax .5mg three times a day. In the beginning lopressor 25mg was added to cut down on anxiety. Phillipa
