I know that they made the "xr" form to replace the immidate release because it' more addicting when relased "rapidly"
The XR form seriously i've gotta say...it lasts very long and you not as tired from stresss because some how it releases it diffrently and not noticeable, the only time it's noticable is when you first take it. Like 1mg releases .25..on the start, then the rest is slowly released, i think they made this maybe for "addiction" from the old immidiate release. It's like a phenobarbital without the mental slowing/dullness.
I'm better with this than Klonopin [it makes me depressed]

3mg of it didn't work for me I've heard that you need regular inbetween. So take the regular. Love Phillipa
