I take 3 10mg tabs parnate with 1 morning 5 mg dose of abilify each day. for the 2 hours the parnate tab is doing its job i'm sleepy, then i feel good later. here's my question: would it be beneficial to take all three parnate in the a.m. to keep from interefering so much with my day? or would it still take up the same amt of time? (meaning, like 6 hours)

I think everyone is going to give you a different answer. I think it's supposed to work better if you split the dose. But I take 80 mg all at once in the morning and I am fine. So I guess it's up to you. When I would split the dose I would often forget the second dose which is why I went back to once a day dosing.

thanks it does help! i think i'll give it a try and see how it does. 80 mg at once is a lot more than thirty, but i still tend to wonder if its risky since i'm not used to it. maybe a better bet would be to take 20 then ten later, and next week do 30 at once.

It might be best to split the dosage so you don't get hypotension. As long as you can remember to take the second dosage!

I sometimes take my dose as I'm falling asleep. Trouble is I wake up after 6 hours and feel like getting up
