I have borderline personality disorder. You're not alone. I've made a lot of progress though and I may not meet criteria anymore.

No, you're not. I do not 'have' it. My current Dx is complex ptsd. This has borderline features. Treatment for both is infinitely more possible and the prognosis optimistic than some make it out to be. Sometimes it is discouraging, like the 'label' is an albatross I wear. Other times, I feel o.k. Good therapy, imho is key.

I m glad to hear that u are better Deneb :)
I think u are right floatingbridge. For 9 years I was happy and functional with my pills, thinking that I don't need therapy. And I see now how wrong I was.
