Treatment for Lamictal Induced Psychosis
- Abilify 10 mg (in morning)
- Seroquel XR 100 mg (start with 50 mg XR)
- Ativan 2.5 mg (as much needed)
TODO: incease XR dosage to 400 slowly because of tachardia problem (very scary)
if tolerated up to 800 mg XR for hopefully reverse psychosis, not a big chance, but according to Maxime from this board it's possibleGood Day!
