I know this has been discussed countless times before but are there any recomendations for improving sexual desire/erection when on 225mg Effexor??
I'm also taking 600mg lithium, 40mg buspirone and 150mg Lyrica.
Tried Korean Ginseng but it isn't really helping. Any other advice??

I'd suggest a low dose of Wellbutrin since you seem to tolerate stimulating (Effexor) drugs.
