i was just wondering if lyrica could enhance TCA levels or TCA AD effects or if it decreases the blood levels or the AD effects ??

I don't know.
Lyrica (pregabalin) is eliminated through the kidneys unchanged, much like Neurontin (gabapentin). Therefore, it would not affect the enzymatic metabolism of TCA. TCA levels should be remain unaffected.
Whether or not Lyrica can enhance the antidepressant effect of TCA is hard to predict. Like so many combination treatments, it is really a trial-and-error process to evaluate a treatment's effectiveness.

well i guess im a certain kind of bipolar, the doctor classifed me as agitated depression

Agitated depression often responds to tricyclics.

> - ScottScott are you sure about lyrica and the kidneys? I know that's how neurontin works. But I thought the way lyrica was enhanced was it was broken down by the kidneys so you can have higher levels of the drug in your system.
