I have come across a lot of websites where people say that the brand Wellbutrin vs. generic are substantially different, with brand name being much better. Does anyone have experience with this? pleas share...

They are very different. I like the generic version better. I think it has less sideeffects. Less dizzyness and it does not smell like rotten eggs. Less anxiety with it too.

I have noticed the same thing. I went to my doctor to request the name brand medication and proceeded to get a 10 minute grilling on why I wanted it. He was visibly irriated and said that he would lose his standing as a cost effective doctor. I held my ground and got the name brand. If you feel there's a difference, demand the scrip say "dispense as written" on it.
