i use my light, either in my room on my bed or put it right on my desk and use the computer right next to it.
plus Im trying out vitamin d, which I dont think is hurting me. Idk yet. its a decent supplement. I geuss I could also take a bit more adderall, but tolerance gets you no where.

What light are you using?I think it is important to use the light every morning at the same time for 30-45 minutes. For true SAD, light usually works better than medication. I'm not sure what to do if light doesn't work. Perhaps agomelatine. If you can't get agomelatine, perhaps combining Rozerem and Remeron at night would hit the same receptors.
