Last saturday I decreased my dose of seroquel from 150mg to 125mg. I have been feeling more depressed.
I could go back up.
Has anybody had the experience of going through an increase of depression with a decrease in dose and then feeling better after some time has passed.
In other words: should I give it more time to see if I my brain adjusts and I feel better or should I figure that if I am feeling more depressed it is because I need the whole 150mgs?
Any advice will be apprechiated.
Thanks.

Might need more time but some say some antidepressant qualities. Good Luck. Phillipa
