Free T4 within spec. but still low at 11 picomoles per litre on a range of 10 to 22.

That's still too low. Being in range dosn't mean squat. You should be in highest 1/3 of the range.

i think part of how Li messes with thyroid function is with I uptake so making sure intake is high-normal is probably a good idea. but i have also seen some things that say Li concentrates I in the thyroid. So i'm not sure the evidence is clear.
