I've been having terrible stomach pains that have been going on for more than six weeks, and have been getting worse over the last two weeks. My GP diagnosed it as gastric reflux and started me on Protonix. I don't know why, but I have this idea that it could be related to taking Cymbalta, but I can't find anything to support that. Anyone else have stomach distress from Cymbalta?
Looking forward to relief when the Protonix kicks in...

On a side issue, would you like to compare Cymbalta to Nardil?

I wish they compared more favorably, sigh.
Cymbalta's not bad. It seems better than any SSRI ever was for me. But it doesn't seem to help with the "I don't give an F enough to get up" feeling that has been pervasive my whole life. Nardil was the only thing that seemed to help with that.
And I'm getting a lot more headaches again. Somehow, Nardil seemed to eliminate a lot of those. I miss that. But I surely don't miss the extra 35 pounds, and I don't think I'll ever go back on Nardil for that reason.
That being said, I'm really irritated that the great majority of my clothes, including my undergarments, don't fit well anymore. One would think that things being too big would be pleasant, but it sucks just as much. Bah.
Thanks for asking.

You might conceivably get on well with milnacipran.
It had a nice side for me (nice calm feeling) along with some anty kinda feeling I associated with increased NE.
