I eat a low protein diet not for any reason, that's just the way it always ends up. I am wondering if it could mean that I am not getting as much tryptophan as I need to make my ADs work as well as they might if I had more tryptophan available. Anybody use tyrptophan with ADs? Or do most people use it instead of an AD. I am taking remeron and pristiq.
Thanks
Zana

I've done it and it was fine for the most part. However when I was taking a high dosage of prozac and a high dosage of 5-HTP together, I started to get some nausea. Start off slow and I'm sure you'll be fine.

I've used it with many ADs as a sleep aid. It didn't do a thing for my mood. :(

Regular google. Google med checker. I think the one that adds your meds is about the third one down. Has one side to look up the med then click arrow adds to other side. Keep adding all the meds til complete list on right side then click the bottom screen appears and shows possible interractions if any and what they are. Phillipa
