Hi all:
My doctor agreed to prescribe me Deplin, but only if my folate levels test low. I know this sounds nuts, but I am tempted to drink pretty heavily tonight and tomorrow night (I can't stand hangovers, which make everything worse) to deplete my Bs before the test, as she doesn't seem to get that the purpose of Deplin is not *necessarily* to treat low folate, but to present it to the brain in bioavailable form.
Anyway, I am taking Nardil (I address this in a previous post) which is no longer effective at a 90mg dose. How long did it take for Deplin to kick in? What did you notice? Has anyone taken it *with* Nardil who has any info to offer?
Still suffering... can barely stand to spend 10 minutes on the Internet anymore, because nothing seems interesting anymore (I am sure some of you can relate.)

Took it for two weeks one day of energy stopped cause at the time having surgery. Phillipa

Tried Deplin with Nardil. Absolutely no effect, positive or negative.

2 + months of Deplin did nothing for me as well.

I get better effects from B-100. Deplin did nothing, it didn't even raise me Folite. Its expensive and not insured. Seriously though, B-100 is deffinitly worth a try. I noticed an antidepressant effect from it right away.
