The only way I am managing to lose mine (albeit very slowly) is to exercise a lot more and to drastically cut down on my calories.
There are drugs available that may help e.g. Reductil or Xenical but they have unpleasant side effects.

lol....if you still need a med for depression or whatever, try wellbutrin..if it works for you, it can give you great motivation to exercise and take the time to eat right...I have more xxRI weight to lose too...and w/in about two days of taking this, it seems like I lose weight immediately (even w/o much exercise).

I second the Wellbutrin rec. It made me lose weight like I had a tapeworm!
