It is a 5-HT2A, D2/D3, and alpha1 adrenergic antagonist.

another med in the arsenal for schizophrenia and psychosis great!

thanks for the share i taught this one was in hudge delay

(according to abstracts) but higher inidence of weight gain, not specified how severe.
