MEDS my brain says yes my body says no

some advice please , ok i have body issues with working constrution , before forced retierment, but lately my body is a wall of jiont pain, meds zoloft ativan,i was ,though shouldent takein ibroferin 400 mg tabs 2 a day .but cut myself an bleed for ages ,must have thinned down my blood.i have a frozen shoulder to add to the knees an most other jionts, its a bummer if i ask the health shop they say we can give you things but ask the doc first, im off to the doc see if i can get a quarterzone jab in my shoulder , but he says ive had my limit, anyone no of a drug over the counter thats good for jiont pain, dont say fish oil . i take them but dont get how they can work , if we were like a car be great just spray the w.d. 40 thin oil straight on the jiont.

Manic try glucosamine so say it works well others take it with chondrotin heard the molecule is too large to enter the cells. Love Phillipa
