Hey Zana,
I'm not sure about everyone else, but I eased up coming on here because I was overstimulating myself with to much information, so just gave it a break for a while until I could figure the right course for my treatment.
I was obsessed with everyone's else's opinions and became very confused as to what would be the best path for me to take. Information overload.
Will start posting a little more often. Remember to that spring is here and maybe people are getting out more.

I know what you mean.
It's easy to get into that depressive thought pattern of turning things over and over in your mind, particularly when it's overloaded with (usually great!) information.

I know just what you mean Courtney. I too get over-stimulated with everyone else's opinion. I guess I'm especially anxious because I have a pdoc appointment this afternoon with a doc I'm not sure is solid and I'm on a new medication, Pristiq which I'm not sure about at all. At first it seemed great. But I was taking it with Provigil and getting really anxious and jittery. So I stopped the Provigil and now I'm still jittery and anxious but back in bed. I don't know what to do at all. I'm dreading my appointment because I have no idea what to do at this point and I don't trust that she does either. I'm really in a bad place with it.

I'm REALLY worried about desolationrower--I really hope he is ok and just not wanting to post here lately. Last he was here that I know of, he mentioned having a headache for 2 weeks and felt concerned...
I miss reading his posts too.
