Does anyone know whether it's OK to split the sublingual enada NADH supplements? Or will it affect absorption?
I know you're not meant to split the regular ones as they have that special enteric coating that means they're absorbed in the correct part of your digestive system.
The 2.5mg sublinguals are impossible to get hold of in the UK and I don't want to have to for them to get here from the US or Europe. I have a feeling 5mg might be a bit too much, and I don't want to skip days either as I want to keep levels consistent.

There will be no adverse effect whatsoever. They're meant to quickly break down.

This is the end of the thread.
