Well, I have never taken Pristiq, but my 50 mg of Zoloft and 30 of Lexapro has made my orgasms much less intense. They still happen (which is great!) but they're sort of just a release, rather than an ecstatic experience.

"Pristiq" - sounds like the name of a car or something. Who decides the brand names of these medications anyway? lol I wonder if there's subliminal effects behind the names they choose..

They use the exact same process. And yes, subliminal effects are considered. For example, Viagra was chosen because of the homology to Niagara (Falls).

Thanks for the link. The result are mixed... Guess I'll just have to wait it out for a few weeks. What a bummer.

hiya Lar,
Ya' know, I could have gone on a long, long time (perhaps a lifetime) without knowing that little tidbit, or having the mental pic that is now fixed in my head, errr...mind, brain - whatever that thing is called (!)
;-)
So, uh, thanks!!
ps - why do I imagine you may be thinking: "Glad to be of service....."

...must be just my "issues."
The folks naming Viagra were thinking of the action of blood rushing into appropriate areas of the human body at appropriate and desired times.
Of course.
I shall stop at once, before I have to start quoting from "The Mask" again....
(so sorry Zana....Please ignore my outburst ...it's all Lar's fault, I swear...)
