Lamotrigine seems to improve my sleep.

Posted by Neal on March 3, 2009, at 16:31:40

Recently started taking lamotrigine about an hour before bedtime. I've noticed that I sleep a little better than before.

Might also stabilize mood; which I imagine some people are looking for; while others might not like that.

Possibly some spaciness during the day as a side-effect.

Hi Neal only got to 50mg. Didn't notice much of anything good or bad so that's a plus. Why not turn on your babblemail or babblemail me click on my name in blue a screen appears you type in a message that is only between us. Then at the bottom of that message board Click Send and I'll get it as an e-mail. If you want your's on go to registration. Can find it at the very top of any board and activate yours and others can send to you. Phillipa
