Usually I think most supplement claims are bunk.
Some, like glucosamine for joints do really seem to work though.
I've been trying phosphatidylserine, which allegedly helps memory and cognition. Supposedly has shown some efficacy in ADHD trials too.
I've been trying it for a couple of weeks and I think it may be helping. If it is, the effect is fairly subtle. I wish there was a way to tell for sure. (some kind of self-test or something)
Anyway, anyone else try this?

Never heard of it but if soy based at least should be safe. Phillipa

I tried phosphatidylserine several years back when I was taking a combination of Wellbutrin and lithium for my then-bipolar-depressive illness. I found it to be somewhat helpful at reducing my depressive symptoms.
