Seroquel XR works and regular Seroquel NOT ?
maybe its more stable, im reading reports all over the internet people are less tired from the XR, less weight gain, sleep longer
are they HOAXES?

> are they HOAXES?Well, the power of suggestion is quite strong -- sometimes people have measured as much as a 30% placebo response to knowing and believing in a medication, which if it has no harmful effects, well then so be it.
I don't know that these are hoaxes, I'm sure there are case reports. Remember, everyone on here has just the slightest difference in brain chemistry and chemical imbalances and combinations of medicines in milligrams that nobody else in this world probably have. That doesn't mean there isn't commonalty.
I think still though the marketing of it is to extend Seroquel's patent which will run out I believe in 2011 and probably will be replaced with a generic, maybe from Teva.
