> thanks for reading my theoryI don't think anyone is saying patient, heal thyself. That's unrealistic. We face challenges, and hell is a completely different view for everyone.
I think I face some hellish things but when I focus on goal-oriented tasks that captivate my mind I obsess less about my mental health. When I feel up to it, I have defied my belief that I can't sit through a movie in a theater even though I have perceptual (visual/auditory) distortions, and I have seen a couple of good movies lately without really any problems once I get into it.
Anyhow that's just my story. But I'm trying to encourage you on your journey as well, I think I always have tried. It isn't fair. A lot of things are not fair, and I know it isn't right for you to be in this situation.
-- best wishes
Jay
