Its winter time so I dont feel as good as usual but Im okay. I quit all my previous medicines and now Im on just Paxil. Paxil is good! But it has unwanted side effects like increased appetite. So I take only 10 to 15 mg everyday. Its so hard to tolerate the side effects. I get sooooo stressed if Im overeating. I wish I could get a med that I could tolerate and had great effectiveness for both anxiety and depression. I have terrible anxiety and major depression. My doctor gave me a light box, so Im using that! so far so good. Well the weather really gets so me. God help me

Hi Sam I have a feeling not too many in the colder places feel that good right now. Is the lighbox working? And weren't you on some other meds can't recall forgive could you refresh what you were taking before? Thanks and Love Phillipa
