Do you think this will give me pretty bad withdrawals? Could anybody here tell me how much 30-40mg Valium (Diazepam) is in Klonopin (Clonazepam). From real life experience please, not from the equivalency charts which I don't really trust as they always seem to overrate the potency of Clonazepam.

Was on 20mg down to l5 and some xanax taper. It's long acting. Take your time. Love Phillipa

Go easy on the withdrawing, at your pace over a few months if you have to, for whatever reason it is for, and no, do not drop it cold. And also I wouldn't just start at 40, but that's up to your doctor I suppose.

I was on 45 mg's a day, and it realy is less effective to me than like 3-4 mgs of clonazepam, I didn't find the diazepam helpful at all really.
I don't think you will have to bad of withdawals, well I dropped them after 2 weeks, but I did go back on clonazepam. I wouldn't worry too much.
