I have recently been having trouble tolerating the 100mg Ixel
I am hoping i can half the daily dose and add Stablon at the daily recommended dose.
Could you tell me a little bit about your experience in combining the two. Did you encounter any troublesome side effects?

Why do you want to add Stablon? I had a lot of noradrenergic side effects with Ixel; goosebumps, cold extremities and urinary tract problems. Some people have added tamsulosin to make it more tolerable. I don't know if tianeptine altered the effect of Ixel in any way.

Actually i don't find i have any urinary problems or anything like that. I had trouble tolerating the heart rate and blood pressure stuff.
I had to back down. I was too jacked up and couldn't really relax around an old friend i saw. I was blinking every second and really uncomfortable. My heart rate has been 20 above average at points.
I am stumped as to how norepinephrine helps in anxiety. I mean stablon works to reduce it, i don't think i give enough credence to my anxiety a lot of the time.
On a benzo i feel totally 'normal' and in sync with what i imagine is a normal pace for people but i know i can never take it long-term so i ignore it, and all the other rubbish that gets suggested here for anxiety or depression (like CBT and SSRIs) >!<

What was the reason behind adding tianeptine? I don't know what effect it may or may not have on noradrenaline. I doubt it's strong enough to counteract any of these side effects. It could have some synergistic antidepressant effect meaning that you could get away with lower doses of Ixel. How much is Ixel helping you?

I'd be interested to see if Hydergine would cut the NE effect of Ixel by a little.
I wondered if that was why it improved Trivastal.
Lowering the dose sounds like the right move.
25mg Ixel felt very nice to me, except for the NE effect which clearly does not suit me.

I need to work out how long i've been on the ixel.
I was taking 100mg until a couple of days ago. 50mg since. By adding the tianeptine i want to prevent relapse but keep some of what has been, in part, the positive ixel effect.
I find the headache + dizziness on standing and building of blood pressure and heart rate the limiting factors. They get bad above 50mg for me.
Taking Tianeptine works by relieving the tension. From my limited experience it will not bother my sleep or libido, neither of which thrive on ixel alone.
No modafinil for ages although i have lots
I was using a benzo supply i have in emergencies fairly regularly. Same with Zopiclone 7.5mg, which tends to lower my mood the more i take it.
Today:
Trivastal Retard 50mg
Ixel 50mg
Stablon 12.5mg x 3(Lymecycline
Milk Thistle
Multi Vs
High strength E + C)Tried my 1st capsule of piribedil and have had a bad bad headache- present on Ixel-but worsened under trivastal.
I am leaving it well alone for now.
Tomorrow:
Ixel 50mg
Modafinil 100mg
Stablon 12.5mg x 3It's funny. The ixel has tended to make me very well last thing in the evening but quite blue on waking.

Some people report headache from tianeptine.

i'm sure its been posted before, and sri and tianeptine seem to work at cross-purposes, and there was a rat study showing taking a combination negated the anxiolytic effect of either one on its own.
