I'd suggest an antipsychotic. Are you not on one? Love Phillipa

Thats an interesting combination of antipsychotics. A tca like desipramine could help, or guanfacine. Nicotine would probably help too.
Really though, if you have positive symptoms under control, and it sounds like thats is definatly the case, i would hope you could keep stimulant use open as an option.

the problem with guanfacine is that it cause decreased libido...and with all the meds I am taking , my libido is aready decreased..so I think it is not an option..
about desipramine - its an option, though acording to wiki it can cause cancer

Strattera comes to mind -- I took it for a while as an antidepressant, and it was actually pretty good for me. It might have been, oh, a tad activating -- and I've finally accepted that I'm a little activated to begin with ;-)
Seriously, though -- Strattera was a pretty friendly drug for me, with very few side effects. It caused menstrual changes, may or may not have had something to do with a concurrent increase in anxiety symptoms -- I now think it was primarily situational, but at the time I attributed it to the med -- and it didn't cause any of the problems other meds had caused me like apathy, constipation, weight gain, etc.
If you haven't tried it, it's probably worth talking to your doctor about it.
Good luck.

Perhaps selegiline would be worth a try.
Human Psychopharmacology. 23(2):79-86, 2008 Mar.
Efficacy of selegiline add on therapy to risperidone in the treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia: a double-blind randomized placebo-controlled study.> > What 2 antipsychotics?
