Jeroen, forgive me if I'm not entirely familiar with your history, but I seem to recall that you experienced improvement on Seroquel that went away after about two weeks? If that's the case, that's not "poop-out," which usually refers to a much longer time of improvement with a medication.
Sometimes medications offer a transient benefit during the start-up phase. A lot of people here have reported feeling better on Lamictal for three or four days, only to lose that effect after those few days. That's a different phenomenon, though.
I'm so sorry you're suffering so much, Jeroen, but it seems as though you're looking for immediate improvement, which doesn't often happen with these medications. Most of these medications require a fairly extended start up period in order to find the correct dose, or they take several weeks to work. It doesn't sound as though you've stayed on most of these medications that long.
There are so many stories of people saying, "oh, this isn't working" after six weeks, only to stick it out another two weeks and find it's great. Wouldn't it be terrible if you tried a medication which would be excellent for you, but you stopped it too soon to find that out?
You've said that you're in hospital. Is that full time? Or a day program? And what sort of treatment are you getting beyond medications. I know you're seeing a therapist, but does the therapist try to help you tolerate the medication trials? Try to help you stay on the medications longer? I hope so.
All my best to you, Jeroen.

Jeroen so the doc took you off the clozaril? You were on that quite a while weren't you? I remember you being quite worried about the white blood count not being done in a week. Did the doc decide to try seroquel again? Oh are you thinking about it? Love Phillipa
