OH, dear..... I did it again!.... but this time instead of taking Lexapro twice in 12 hours, I accidently took my thyroid med! I've taken two doses now in 12 hours! One this morning and one(accidently) this evening-- thinking it was the Lexapro!
God what it wrong with me!!?? stress?? ya think???......
I know I was in dissociative mode-- as my MOTHER was here for dinner--- I totally went in auto-drive and just took the pill from the bottle in the bathroom top drawer--- Jeez!! I moved the Lexapro pills a few weeks ago just so I wouldn't get them mixed up with the thyroid pills and tonight-- on auto-pilot, I took the pill in the top drawer-- not even realizing it was the thyroid meds that I had already taken today!!
I hope two doses of thyroid in 12 hours isn't going to make me too hyper(I'm on 100mcg)....... I might be up all night tonight!! yikes..... will my heart be racing? will I be jittery??..... I really need sleep-- argh!just got so nervous with the MOTHER here....... was in a fog...........

I'm on 100 mcg too and have done the same. You'll be just fine. I don't think you'll notice anything. I've also missed a couple of days and never noticed a thing.
I finally got a pill container. That way I know I've taken the correct med at the correct time. I have one that I can make up a month's worth. It works really well for those foggy headed days!

Hey we're triplets as I take the same amount but now a half a pill two days a week as still out of wack. I took two once also. Justherself you didn't have a reaction as boy I was worried too. Yes the pill contain Mandy one for you and one for me. Love Phillipa

---Well, I was up with a restless body until 1:30 this morning...... maybe I felt it a bit more than most due to my high blood pressure issue, which I'm also trying to get under control. (it's genetic- as I'm not overweight, and don't have an unhealthy lifestyle). I've also missed doses of my thyroid lots of times and not felt any different but I've NEVER taken two doses in 12 hours before...... I sure don't want to do that again...... felt hyper....

I've got to get this inner part of me to CALM down, so I don't do such things like this again...... it's just so hard when all around me is chaos. *sigh*...... think I'll go to a low impact aerobics today--- been going to some exercise classes to help blood pressure and hopefully lower stress/anxiety..... in addition to taking this Lexapro.

if you are only taking 2 meds just keep an elastic band on one
it sounds as if you are taking your meds at different times of the day
make a chart to check when you take your meds
it sounds like you have to tune in a bit bettergood luck
