Out of curiosity, how did Abilify affect you? A lot of people combine Abilify 20-30mg with another antipsychotic. You might consider combining it with Dogmatil, Zyprexa, Seroquel, or Risperdal.

since other anti psychotics like Zyprexa and Clozapine make my psychosis worse like hell :(

Not stupid at all...it's not so easy to find.
To turn on your Babblemail, you have to go to the page where you Update Your registration. Follow this link:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
Put in your name and password.
Click 'Update Registration.'
On the next screen, you can do a lot of things - change password, update your email address, but - if everything is fine the way you want it - just click the "On" button next to the word *Babblemail* (should be blue).
Then, scroll way down to the bottom and click 'Submit."That will turn on your Babblemail.
Next, just open any post from a poster you want to Babblemail and click on their name (blue) for the Babblemail form.
Please me know if this doesn't help.... :-)

10derHeart thanks as always. Yes Jeroen all you need to do to contact me is my name is in blue click on that and a form will appear for you to write a message on that will only go to me. At the bottom of that message board is a place that says send babblemail. I will receive like an e-mail. Phillipa
