Hey just wanted to pass this on for people who might be interested.
I have found that taking Tribulus extract has really spiked my libido and helped overall sexual functioning. I had tried cheap brands before and got no results whatsoever, but was reading on a bodybuilding thread that the more expensive brands are much more effective. I bought Twinlabs " Tribulus Fuel Extreme" - standardized for 20% protodioscin.
It has consistently worked great for about a month.

I assume you're taking an SSRI that's killing your libido?

What side effects do you get? I heard tribulus was kind of stimulating, with insomnia, restlessnes? Anything like that? How long does a dose last? Does it work on demand with a single dose or do you take it regularly?

I have felt no stimulant effects at all, or any other negative effects. I think I did notice some effect immeduateley , but I think it has gotten gradually more effective the longer I have taken it.
Supposedly it works by raising lutenizing hormone.
I am not touting it as some breakthrough miracle, but it has made a noticeable difference for me.

I've tried Twinlab's "Tribulus Fuel Extreme" and found it effective in increasing my libido. But it seemed to put me in an irritable mood and for that reason I quit taking it.

You guys may want to check out 'Tongkat Ali' also.
Stronger but different than Tribulus. Not sure about which is better for SSRI Sexual hell./\/\arty

That's great news to hear, may even consider trying myself.
Did you take this supplement every day? Or just before you needed it? And how many days did it take before you started noticing a difference? Immediately?

Mainly Testosterone related.
