im on 120 cymbalta an have been for a time before i was on 60mg the depression okay but sill get bouts of anxiety is this normal or have some of you gone higher to combat it, or lower because of the no effect.

60mg never touched anxiety for me didn't go to 120 as was contraindicated at the time. I see now they do say 120 is fine. love Phillipa

I got to 120, but Lilly really never said anything about 120 being any different from 60. I think I had to pay the other 60, I forget, without my insurance. I would hesitate going even higher than that, that's a lot of serotonergic activity since the typical ratio is 6:1 5HT to NE, but you can discuss it with your doctor if you wish.

thanks buddy i dont have to pay in england for meds but then again you have the better docs, i wont go up on 120 may come down
