Thanks Scott, it's a valuable resource to me!I'm doing very well for the most part. My depression is gone with the help of Cymbalta and Wellbutrin SR. I know realise how badly depressed I was in the fall and at the beginning of the new year.
I'm not depressed, but I am unhappy with life so I am trying to do something about it.
Hope you are doing well.

Have you ever been so surprised by good news that you couldn't help but to cover your mouth with your hand as a reaction to unexpected joy? I just did.
I am so happy that your depression has lifted. I think better said, perhaps, is that you have finally awakened from a living death. You proved yourself to be more powerful than the depression.
I am doing well. My treatment brings me closer and closer to remission. I am grateful that I have had the self-discipline to be more patient than my doctor. For his part, he did the homework I asked of him, and as a result, he found Deplin. This drug has produced a stable and increasing improvement. To be honest, I don't see how I cannot continue to respond well and achieve remission.
For us, life is now a kaleidoscope of possibilities where there had been only one with depression. You are 100% right on the mark in recognizing the work you may need to do to find your own joys in life. Life is indeed worth it. We were both strong enough to survive. That is an enormous achievement - one that we should be proud of. I hope you realize immediately how much power you now have to change your life and to become the person you always knew you would be.
Stay well.
- Scott
