I'm taking zyprexa and lamictal for bipolar. People say nardil would help for dysthymia I experience. But then, according to pdoc, I would have to go off the zyprexa to take Nardil. Are antipsychotics incompatible with Nardil? What I've read seems to suggest they are.
Is Nardil a bad idea anyway if you're bipolar?

Nardil produced more of a energetic euphoria for a short time, but others who are not bipolar have experienced this. I am currently on Parnate and did not experience any hypomania.

No, not at all. Antipsychotics like Zyprexa are perfectly fine to take with MAOIs like Nardil. The Lamictal is fine too.

Not necessarily. As long as you monitor to make sure you don't get manic/hypomanic. (May be a good idea to add a mood stabilizer.)
